The service was excellent, making the hotel an enjoyable place to stay. the units are well-kept and nicely decorated, featuring a bathroom and fridge, and offering great views. the staff were attentive and caring.

great location of the hotel, not far from the restaurant downstairs-where fish smells offputting, the local shopping centre and sydney olympic park and the outside beer garden. high-class & large unit with great views, the bathroom and drinks.

Everything was good, so were pleasant views of Sydney skyline. The restaurant here was nice which again has good service, we both ordered warm dishes.

The unit here is modern and practical, featuring a bedroom with fantastic views over the racecourse through floor-to-ceiling windows. 🌇.

Everything was perfect, absolutely kind staff, amazing views of Sydney skyline. The rooms were good quality and well-organised with down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows.

Staff were a bit too difficult...very prompt, intense and efficient to almost rude. would be nice to have a friendly staff to greet you, not one who looked like it was all too much of a bother!

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable room I stayed in, especially the cozy bed, for a rate of $419.

The staff at reception were extremely helpful with regards to any queries and helpful suggestions. All staff whether \cleaning, restaurant or front desk were exemplary.

We chose Rydges as we stay there in Dubai and like to support Australia when we travel . We did feel the hotel rooms neede an upgrade, compared to our stays in Dubai, the rooms were a bit tired, and we had four rooms to compare. We had a family booking.

The staff here is incredibly polite, the place is kept spotless, and the rooms have luxurious bathrooms; don't forget the complimentary drinks at the bar downstairs!

We choose this hotel primarily because of it's proximity to the anz sports arena for the weekends league events.We weren't aware of the offered a shuttle service, to the venue and return until we asked about transportation to the venue. The shuttle was fairly well priced,with flexibility on the travel times, and this made the whole evening less stressful. Good on you Rydges.

The hotel was comfortable, staff very helpful and a short walk to local amenities. Upon booking we checked out the train service, which from the airport to Paramatta is around 45 mins, $16.40 pp one way, only to find we had to taxi to the hotel as too far to walk with luggage. There is a train stop across the road but trains were very infrequent and not recommended as you had to change trains again at Granville. On the whole our experience was good and the inhouse restaurant we tried was fine.

Did not like nor appreciate the noisy people in the adjoining room on 2 of the 3 nights. Both nights 2.30am before several complaints stopped it.

The room was a nice size, and the bed was really nice. It’s a pretty standard and well-appointed hotel. the competent staff contributed to our enjoyable stay. I would come here again. the airport is conveniently located just 25 km away.

Catered perfectly to what my husband and I were looking for! The hotel was perfect and happy to spend time at the pub underneath while waiting for our bus to arrive to take us to the event we were attending. Made our stay the most convenient we have ever had! Thanks!

Mouldy smell from a recent flood in room. Rattly air con. Dirty towels. Had to hassle to get the beds in the room that we book thru you. Food expensive .
